Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us on WhatsApp or phone with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and arrange a pickup or ask you to send the item back.
- Once the item is inspected and approved, we'll process your refund or exchange.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty and personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. Electronics must be returned with all original accessories and packaging intact.
Refunds
Since orders are paid via Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are issued via bank transfer or Vodafone Cash to the number/account you provide, or as store credit toward a future order — whichever you prefer. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color instead of a refund? Let us know when you contact us — we'll arrange the exchange as soon as the returned item passes inspection, subject to availability.
