Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all governorates across Egypt. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the governorate you select, so you'll always see the exact delivery cost before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed over to our shipping partner within 24 business hours of confirmation. You'll receive a call from our team or courier to confirm your order and delivery address before dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier workload, weather, or public holidays.
Payment Method
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only — you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives at your door. No online payment is required at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is out for delivery, our courier will contact you directly on the phone number provided at checkout. For any update on your order status, reach out to us on WhatsApp or phone and we'll follow up with you right away.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If our courier is unable to reach you or complete delivery, we'll attempt to contact you to reschedule. Orders that remain unreachable after multiple attempts may be cancelled and returned to our warehouse.
